Brand new install of FPBX 17 on debian.
When I go to manage firmware in EPM, I am getting “JsonException” Syntax error. I’ve made sure all modules are up to date. Forced reinstalling EPM… rebooting… same issue.
All other menus seem to work just fine. Any ideas?
@kgupta I think there is a bug on it. If you can take a look?
@moodinsk Can you get him the steps to replicate it please?
It looks there is a new EPM version
fwconsole ma downloadinstall endpoint --tag=17.0.2.3
you can test it though.

Looks like upgrading to the latest version (17.0.2.4) works. Although, I am not able to see available firmwares. The box is completely blank.

You can try below command from your freepbx, if this is not working then try to fix your firewall settings.
wget https://katanafpbx.schmoozecom.com/endpointmanager/firmware

That command works, but simply downloads a file called “firmware”. Do I need to run that in a specific directory?
The “Available Firmwares” box is still blank
