Error - "The number you have dialed is not in service"

Hello,
I’m using FreePBX for the first time. I setted up my trunk with my SIP provider credentials and when I try to call inbound, I get the error “The number you have dialed is not in service”.

My log:

My inbound settings:
[email protected]:PASSWORD:@proxy.sip.sapo.pt:5070/+351302001XXX

Do someone have a clue on what I am doing wrong?

That message frequently indicates a missing or misconfigured inbound route.

None of that shows your problem, it just shows that you need to disallow unknown and anonymous sip calls, you can read about that in the wiki linked to at the top of this p[age.

Sorry, I guess that log was wrong. Do this one helps?

Yes, you need to “know” the ip address you are seeing (presumably your trunk from your VSP) and you need to have an inbound route that matches the +35xxxxxxxx that they are sending an invite to

so first, read the wiki, then set up the trunk with your VSP (then it wont be an ‘unknown’ IP), and then setup the inbound routing for your purchased DID’s
