Error parsing sipfrag in NOTIFY in response to REFER

In my Asterisk log, I continuously see these two error messages, and I cannot figure out how to correct them:

NOTICE[23071] chan_sip.c: Error parsing sipfrag in NOTIFY in response to REFER.

NOTICE[23071] chan_sip.c: Transfer failed. Sorry. Nothing further to do with this call

I’m running: FreePBX 2.210.62-5 Distro
