Error on Upload Music on Hold

I have this very annoying error on several freepbx servers when I install a server (clean installation)

Doesn’t matter what hardware or software version I’m on, but I get this error when I upload MOH to the server, whether it’s mp3 or wav files, the same error and which moh group I upload doesn’t matter either

take a look at your web console logs when this happens… web inspector in safari or developer tools in chrome

This is the headers. You need the console.

which console are you referring to?

I assume you mean this from the web browser
