Error on FreePBX Cron scheduler

Hi,

I got an error, twice the past week from freepbx-cron-scheduler.php

[FATAL] INSERT INTO 'module_xml' (.."all the modules here".)

/var/www/html/admin/libraries/module.function.php:337 modulelst->initialize();
[0]: Array

/var/lib/asterisk/bin/module_admin:465 module_getinfo()
[0]:
[1]:
[2]: 1

/var/lib/asterisk/bin/module_admin:719 showList()
[0]: 1

Any idea why this is happening? My only guess is that at the time FreePBX tried to check for updates, the internet was down.

Its FreePBX Distro 1.87.29.55
