Error after restoring the backup

i did a manual installation (distro is not suitable for me since i run multiple applications on this server)

after some updates i run asterisk 1.8.20.1
the freepbx version is 2.10.??? (can’t check this)

before i re-install this machine i was running the distro
i made a backup from the settings and install debian on the server
after the installation freebpx works fine
after the restore of the backup the webinterface was broaken
i only see a message

strange enough the server works fine (extensions and trunks work fine)

is there some way i can restore the webinterface?

You need to uninstall your commercial modules. Did you follow the installation procedure in the wiki because it appears you did not install the Zend dependency.

If you don’t want any non open-source code you need to remove those modules.

To save you the trouble of digging through all the documentation module_admin is the command line tool to take care of FreePBX modules from command prompt.

as far as i know there are no comercial modules installed
it was a clean install of debian
i installed freepbx and update it to the latest version
after this it works fine but i want my extensions and settings back

i was missing the zend module
i just installed this and reboot the server

# amportal restart

i checked the file it exist (in the folder asterisk so i changed this in amportal.conf)
when i stop by the above message asterisk is running fine

i cancel this (asterisk stops automaticly)

i also see that isymphony is not found
since i have a license for fop2 this is no issue for me

since there are only 10 extensions and 3 trunks on this server i did a complete re-install and learned that the backup function of freepbx is not working correctly (it should be no issue if you have a difrent version)
i will do a complete system backup instead of the build in backup now
