Error adding entry to Caller ID Management

I have a couple items in the caller ID management. When attempting to add another entry an error occurs.

Known issue:

Delete id 0 or open a support ticket.

I did try to turn edge on and upgrade to the latest version and that made things worse as I received exceptions during the install. I downgraded to and now it works. It is working now so I will leave things alone.
