Hi there! We’ve been using FreePBX for many years now and have recently upgraded to FreePBX 17. We use Grandstream desk phones, the bulk of which being GXP2130. We’ve recently purchased a handful of Grandstream GRP2604P as well as GRP2613 desk phones. We manage our devices through the Commercial Endpoint Manager Module. I see in the EPM - Supported Devices that the GRP2613 is listed and the GRP2604P is not. I’ve noticed two things in Endpoint manager concerning these model of phones.
- GRP2604P is not listed in the available grandstream models within Endpoint Manager
- Neither the GRP2604P nor the GRP2613 is listed in the firmware management tab.
My question is, is if there are plans to add the GRP2604P to EPM support? And with the GRP2613 which is listed as supported, considering it is not in the firmware management sections, will custom firmware uploads for this model work or is firmware management not supported at all for Grandstream GRP devices?
