I wasn’t using the commercial EPM. I just have a small home system that I use. I was using the OSS end point manager. It seems that the commercial EPM has set an admin password on my phones. I now have 2 Cisco 7961 phones that I can not access. First is there a way to enter an admin password. 222222 did not work. Second how can I shut off adding a password to the phones?
