EPM issue Grandstream GXP-2130

I’m having an issue with a new distro of FreePBX (PBX Firmware 5.211.65-11 and version 2.11.0.35) with EPM (version 2.11.0.1.67) I’m trying to use the EPM to provison my Grandstream GXP-2130 with no luck so far. I’ve been looking around at other threads and so far have managed to ensure that my tftp service is running,

cat /etc/xinetd.d/tftp
returns

default: off

description: The tftp server serves files using the trivial file transfer \

protocol. The tftp protocol is often used to boot diskless \

workstations, download configuration files to network-aware printers, \

and to start the installation process for some operating systems.

service tftp
{
socket_type = dgram
protocol = udp
wait = yes
user = root
server = /usr/sbin/in.tftpd
server_args = -s /tftpboot
disable = no
per_source = 11
cps = 100 2
flags = IPv4
}

which I think is ok?

did a service xinetd restart
got the “ok” on that,

I have my grandstream phone pointed at my freepbx server for configuration and provisioning, and I have the extension set up and mapped in EPM. Not sure what i’m doing wrong. any help would be greatly appreciated.

or the commercial version?

Since he wrote “…new distro of FreePBX (PBX Firmware 5.211.65-11 and version 2.11.0.35) with EPM (version 2.11.0.1.67)…” I think you can assume that he’s almost certainly using the FreePBX Endpoint Manager (EPM) commercial module and not the OSS one (which is unsupported).

Yes, I moved it to the right forum.

sorry about that, didn’t realize there was a forum specifically for commercial products. thanks for moving it!
