If you configure your phone with EPM for UCP you lose the four soft-keys at the bottom of the screen. Even if you define them at the bottom, they are blanked away from their normal functions of:
History
Directory
DND
Menu
Latest version of all the modules (UCP, EPM, EMP for UCP) - Latest FreePBX Distro fully updated to current.
Has anyone else seen this?
