Hello, before I go claiming there is a bug or that something doesn’t do what I want it and submit any things to the bug system I wanna know if I’m doing something wrong or if I am expecting something I shouldn’t be.
Yealink phones, EPM up to date.
I have users who work outside the office most of the time, they are setup on the external default template. When they do come into the office they sit down at an unoccupied phone and login. When they login they are logging into the internal default profile. Everything works except for the “UCP for all” settings that they usually have at home, they don’t follow to the internal phone.
When they go back home and login to the phone at home the user specific buttons show back up.
If I had to guess I would say that it is tying the user specific buttons to the MAC address? I want them to always follow the user.
