EPM (comercial) create no File

Hello, i have a problem with the Endpoint Manager. The Manager create only a file in /tftpboot but no file in /var/www/html. With the new Version of FreePBX i can‘t Access via ftp without sysadmin pro. Can someone tel me how i fix the Problem?

EPM apparently always stores its file in /tftpboot and also requires Sysadmin Pro to make the file available for SNOM. Therefore, although I had a configuration file, I couldn’t access it. After installing Sysadmin Pro it works.
