EPM can't provision a Polycom Soundpoint 331 phone

After EPM provisioned the Soundpoint IP331, on reboot, it shows the following message:

“Image is not compatible with phone”.

Then it goes into loop where it reboots and shows the above message again and again.

I tried to reset the phone to no avail. I also tried to point it to a tFTP server other than Freepbx’s in order to, hopefully, it would reload the firmware provided by Polycom.

What should I do?
