In support I touch a customer system using Aastra almost every single day and have for years. I have Aastra 67 and 68 series devices for testing on the desk in front of me and deployed in my house. After Sangoma it is the manufacturer with which I have the most experience. They work fine with EPM. They do have a single quirk, when deploying for the very first time, they should be in a factory default condition (either from factory, or recently reset). There are a few open issues and some feature requests but no show stoppers.
Great information. That is encouraging. I am still having some mysteries where changes to the templates are not showing up and I am trying to see if I can come up with a pattern. So far no.
