Endstream provider asks for STIR/Shaken / Verified CallerID

I am trying to send calls to endstream provider and they want us to send calls from verified callerids and I uses the DIDs purchased from them as the CallerID but they are still giving the below error.

SIP 401 Status: 503 No STI IDHDR from Originator |

I have made the following adjustments:

And what have they said about this? I’m not sure what we can do for you based on what you’ve given so far. This sounds like a problem with the provider. You’ll need to ask them what the issue is.

we have contacted them and see what’s their response.

However, what’s the way to deal in STIR/Shaken case in FreePBX?

It doesn’t sound to me as though they want you do do STIR/SHAKEN, just to make sure that the caller ID is the number they allocated to you. I think they are going to do the STIR/SHAKEN part. Requiring valid caller ID is a sensible precaution, even if they didn’t implement STIR/SHAKEN.

This is a US provider? They do the STIR/SHAKEN not their end users unless that end user is a VoIP provider.

Yes, I know and yes we are using the callerid purchased by them. and we are not a provider.

You are not the one who needs to configure STIR/SHAKEN, it’s your provider.
If you bought some DIDS from them, they are probably asking you to use only those as CallerID numbers.
When doing those calls, can you send us a screenshot for the CallerID you are sending to the trunk provider ? And can you compare if that CallerID is one of yours ?

Who is this provider?
