Endpoints can't authenticate after bulk user import

We have latest version installed.
We were using quick extension to create over 100 users.
Purchased EndPoint manager to link devices to accounts.

All was working well until an export/import on extensions. This was done to populate email fields and set voicemail settings across the users.

Exported extensions.
Edited email column and such.
Removed all but the changed and 2 required fields.
Imported changes, it was all green and finished import.

All of a sudden extensions started going offline.

NOTICE[78801] res_pjsip/pjsip_distributor.c: Request 'REGISTER' from '"User Name" <sip:[email protected]>' failed for '10.20.1.88:5060' (callid: f9feea588bb52f071a974a2ba91fe512) - Failed to authenticate

I then thinking the passwords since not being part of upload may have gotten null’d, uploaded the full sheet with the secrets column.
No change.

I pick a user and change their secret, save it, apply… then change it back. Their device doesn’t register.

I use a softphone client with the extension/secret in extensions and can register. I check the tftpboot and the username/password is right.

I restart the server, no change.

We have a hundred devices down and no clear path forward.

Again, I can go to any extension, get the secret and connect with softphone. I reboot their phone that has the same user/pass it always did when working, and it will not auth.

Anyone have insight to this?

Check that extension Password (Secret ) is exit in Asterisk and FreePBX Gui side.
CLI> pjsip show auth 809
