Endpoint manager stuck at 16.0.93 cannot upgrade

It turns orange after showing security concerns and looking for upgrade and doesn’t give me a choice to upgrade. I tried to delete so I can install the 16.0.96 and I get an error message:

Errors with selection:

  • EndPoint Manager cannot be uninstalled because the following modules depend on it:

    • restapps

    Please disable those modules first then try again.

No actions to perform

Please select at least one action to perform by clicking on the module, and selecting an action on the “Action” tab.

Where can I find restapps to disable?

Thanks for the information and not your fault. If I try to disable the module than I am asked to disable other modules and if I try to disable the other modules I need to disable 8 or 9 more.

I am stuck with the error message of needing to upgrade the endpoint and cannot.

Is this EPM on a 25yr commercial licence?

Yes have the 25 year lic and pay once a year for upgrade lic.

What happens when you Force Download and then Process. Do you get an error? It’s a commercial module, you can open a support ticket with Sangoma.
