Endpoint manager scan cannot find OBI phone

I bought a new OBI 1062 and am trying to set it up with endpoint manager on distro 12.0.74. I’ve done this many times with polycom, yealink, aastra and grandstream. For whatever reason the endpoint manager cannot find this OBi. Here is the output from nmap -sp 10.0.2.0/24

Any ideas?

Could be the MAC’s are not listed in EPM, either open a commercial modules support ticket within our system support.schmoozecom.com or open a bug ticket at issues.freepbx.org
