Endpoint Manager requires update but online version is the same

Hello,

I’ve been stumped by Endpoint Manager once again. I’ve just purchased the support license for EPM, already purchased the 25 yr license. Restapps has been disabled because of EPM. EPM is saying 16.0.78 is vunerable and requires an update, but when I try to update it, I get

[root@PBX1 ~]# fwconsole ma upgrade endpoint
No repos specified, using: [standard, commercial] from last GUI settings
endpoint is the same as the online version, unable to upgrade

EndPoint Manager 2047-02-21 2024-09-21 (365 days left) 16.0.78 16.0.86

What do I do here?

I’d try going to System Admin>Activation>Update Activation first.

If you just did it, sometimes it takes up to 24 hours for the licensing to update properly before you can proceed.

Alternatively try fwconsole ma upgradeall --force.

I did this already, thats how I got this:
EndPoint Manager 2047-02-21 2024-09-21 (365 days left) 16.0.78 16.0.86

Thanks, I’ll try again tomorrow. Force did not work.

I wonder if that update is in edge.

fwconsole ma --edge upgrade endpoint

The version he’s looking for is not. I am not running the edge version and the latest version on our phone system is:

[root@pbx ~]# fwconsole ma list | grep endpoint
| endpoint | 16.0.86 | Enabled | Commercial | Sangoma |

Try fwconsole ma –edge upgrade endpoint
