Endpoint Manager Question

I have EP Manager version 2.11.0.1-2 installed in a system. I have a couple of questions.

  1. In the instructions for choosing firmware it says that the versions available can be dragged and dropped to either location 1 or 2. After that I clicked on the submit button. The original selection persisted in its location. Nothing I did would either remove the entry nor would it accept a new one in location #2. Did or could I have missed a step? Was there supposed to be a time lag, and I was too impatient?

  2. I wanted to change the firmware on some Aastra 6731i phones. I eventually settled on trying to use the “Recommended” selection. Can anyone tell me what firmware that would be? I am planning a trip to the site and I want to know if the proper firmware got uploaded.
