Endpoint Manager not adding config files

Adding new SIP extensions in Freepbx. After adding the MAC Address, Brand, Model, Line and Template, I hit submit then Apply Config. No config files are built and refreshing extension display shows nothing in the Endpoint Manager boxes. We have built ~100 extensions on the system with successful config file data. Now no config information can be entered. /var/log/asterisk/freepbx.log and freepbx_dbug shows nothing obvious.

Config files are not written out on apply config for endpoint manager, you must do that from within endpoint manager itself

Do everything on the endpoint manager page, not the extension page

What would be the local server link to the endpoint manager page?

So I get this error thrown out when I enter the MAC, select Brand Polycom and Model SoundPointIP 560.

Brand Directory ‘polycom’ Doesn’t Exist! (/var/www/html/admin/modules/_ep_phone_modules//endpoint/polycom) Function: [sync_model]
Invalid Model Selected, Can’t Sync System! Function: [Sync_Model]

Had to Uninstall Polycom from Endpoint Configuration Manager then Check for Updates, then Install.

This fixed this error:
Cant find file: /var/www/html/admin/modules/_ep_phone_modules/endpoint
