Hi,

SangomaConnect is disabled because of an dependency to EPM.

I get the message : EndPoint Manager module version 16.0.69.7 or higher is required, you have 16.0.60.2.

EPM support is valid : Expiration Date 2046-03-06 (Updates and support until 2023-10-24)

What should I do next because I cannot upgrade EPM, not via the GUI and not via the console.

It looks like you just bought the EPM support (based on today’s date), it might take a few minutes for Sangoma’s servers to reflect what they need to. Update activation and then update modules. Make sure there are not additional dependencies required to be updated that might be holding EPM up. Barring all that, contact Sangoma support.
