I just purchased a Grandstream EDS3710 Video Door System. It will be put at our main entrance gate and communicates with FreePBX via an extension/ringgroup. How does one go about requesting that this model be added to EndPoint Manager? Is there a general GrandStream model that’s best to choose just to establish SIP connection to the PBX if a new template is not available? Thanks.
If it’s a device and a specific template doesn’t exist I wouldn’t use EPM, I would just configure the phone manually.
