Endpoint manager error after choosing save and apply to phones

Going to need a support ticket as recommended 5 hours ago.

So I now have DHPC Option 66 set to: sip:[email protected]:5160
Settings > sip settings > port 5160
settings > endpoint manager > global settings > Use DPMA = yes
settings > endpoint manager > global settings > DPMA Management:

global pin: blank
Phone Authentication Method: none
mDNS Service Name: Asterisk
mDNS Discovery Address: 10.1.96.23
mDNS Discovery Port: 5160

Default User List Template: Digium_Default
PJSIP Max Contact Display Limit: one
Disable DPMA Logging: No

still phone cannot connect:

So your saying I have to spend hundreds of dollars for this?

Review the link provided. Support credit/contract is not required for FreePBX Commercial modules (in active maintenance) nor for Sangoma phones.

Thanks Lorne

maybe I’m missing something here but I can’t open a ticket for the sangoma phones because they are not registered in the portal. If I go to the portal to try and register them, it asks for a serial number which I assume is the mac address. It won’t accept this however.

As for opening a ticket under the commercial module, I don’t have EPM licensed as it was my understanding (perhaps improperly) that EPM was free for Digium and Sangoma phones.

So I’m kinda stuck here.

If I try to register one of the Sangoma D62 phones with it’s mac address the portal says it can’t find that product number

To get support for a product, it must be registered to you, or you must claim it

If there are issues, note that you can resolve with a ticket for Customer Service and Billing.

Lorne,

There are issues. I’ve tried registering the products using the mac address. I’m guessing the merger between digium and sangoma still has some issues as these are the digium D62’s and D65’s rebranded as sangoma. I’ve opened a ticket with customer service.
