Hello All,
I’m using the commercial EPM and on a Cisco SPA phone. I wanted to see if you can configure a button with the same functionality as a BLF where you can do a simple 1 button transfer, ( While talking simply press the button associated with an extension and the call just goes ).
I need to do the same thing for an external number, and yes it dials the number, but this would require the user to press transfer, then the button and then transfer again. Are there extra commands withing the phone number string or anything I can do to emulate the BLF functionality?
