I’m trying to setup a speed dial button on our aastra 6757i phones that calls our conference line and automatically puts in the pin. Normally, I would put the number XXXXXXXXXX followed by about 6-8 commas to allow for a 3-4 second pause then PIN#. However, it seems that endpoint manager strips out the commas whenever I try to save the template. Is this a bug? Or is the a better way to accomplish what I’m trying to do?
