We have an end user who wants to insert an announcement in to their IVR so that when users call in it says “There are no known issues” or something like that. If there are issues, they want to be able to record a new announcement to be played before the IVR starts stating the issue.
Is it possible to use a feature code to allow the user to record an announcement to a fixed System Recording entry, which can be set in to an IVR?
