I am trying to get CNAM working for incoming calls. I have just enabled CNAM lookup on the incoming trunk but am wondering if anything further needs to be enabled on the FreePBX server itself. Also is there ever a case where phones themselves might need additional configuration to get CNAM info to display? ( Using ClearlyIP phones at the moment). I am finding the whole topic a bit confusing and would appreciate any advice.
