Emergency call

Hi

Is there a way to setup an emergency “channel” ?

What I would like is, in case of an emergency, a user dial 5555 and that will connect him directly with the reception desk. If the phone at the reception desk is in use, I would like the system to stop that call and make a connection with the call coming in (from the extension that call 5555).

I tried to setup the “paging and intercom” option. It work well as long as the phone at the reception desk is not in use otherwise the call just die.
