Is there a way to modify the emails sent by the MFA module? Most of my users don’t know what a FreePBX or PBXact is and don’t trust the large cartoon frog head logo. Email is signed by “PBXact Team” as well, would like to change that.

Not at present, but it’s a good suggestion. I will open a feature request for this.

I know there’s the OEM branding module, but it didn’t seem like that would cover this.
Wait a minute, you guys released a MFA app and then didn’t make it so it could be branded/customized to match the company/brand using FreePBX? So your MFA email looks like it came from someplace completely unrelated?

The MFA module now supports customizing the email templates for OTP delivery as well as the email for setting up authenticator apps.
