Is there a solution out there that can help my company management gets notified (in any way like email, text, etc…) when queue wait times are starting to exceed x number of minutes or when the number of calls in a queue exceed x number of calls?
There is a commercial queue management module that you can add to the system. It doesn’t do this, but it can help you with reporting.
You could probably add some login to a context (like the one that handles your inbound calls) that looks at the queue stats and sends a message. Thee is nothing in the system now that will do this, so the code will probably be entirely custom, but I’m sure it’s doable.
IIRC, you can do an email alert with Asternic CC Stats.
