Email from Sangoma that my account has been changed yet I made no changes

I received an alarming email that my account with Sangoma has been changed. I have not made any changes and this is very worrisome. It says if the change was not made by me to contact Sangoma Support yet the link you give to contact sangoma goes to a Sales Blog about using UC systems for customer service and has no info on how to get support. The link its providing in the email goes to Customer Service Pain Points a Unified Communications Solution Can Solve - Sangoma TechnologiesSangoma

The blog talks about how important it is for a company to provide easy access to customer service yet the email from Sangoma that says contact support with a link does not provide this easy access to support. I guess nobody at Sangoma followed their own advice from their blog. The irony here is so sad.

@tonyclewis same experience, for several of our accounts. Unfortunately also having a ridiculous time getting through to anyone. I have emailed/called our rep, and the one time I got through to someone with Sangoma support they said I need to speak to customer care at which point I was transferred to a voicemail.

For sure someone is changing data. I found an old email for my account that my name was tony with lower case and now it’s Tony upper so someone is accessing my data and changing it without my permission. Time to start changing all password at this point and I am getting complete silence from sangoma here and can’t find any place that lets me log a ticket.

If it makes you feel better I still haven’t been notified of the data breach from 3 or 4 years ago with my employment records…

Thank your for sharing that. But this is not adding up. My data and others has been changed. Your official statement is not correct as data has been edited and changed. Do you want to reconsider this statement please and try again.
