Email conference completion reports

Once a conference is over a report should be emailed to one or more users

It should be? Why is that, because you say so?

I am not sure if there is a question in this sentence fragment, clearly punctuation is optional in your universe.

Using my freakashly large brain I am going to assume you would like some software (what I have no idea because you did not tell us what you have) to email out a report when a meet me conference is over.

Well our software, FreePBX, does not have any conference scheduling options so no way of knowing when a conference begins or concludes. No reporting on conference participation or outcome is available.
