" email change notification" from portal

we had an email from a customer about an “” email change notification" from portal" from a dormant account.

oddly when we logged into our portal to check if their portal acc was linked to our reseller account we shortly after received a similar email, but email haddent changed

anyone else seen similar today

Follow up on this, just logged into my portal account from a different device and it triggered it again!!
