Hola, soy nuevo en la utilizacion de Elastix/FreePBX, presenté un problema de guardado en la interfaz web al momento de querer editar rutas salientes, enviar y aplicar cambios no guardaba, tratando de resolver eso creaba mas rutas salientes como prueba, y no me guardaban ni aplicaban los cambios.
Seguido de eso, cuando recargue la pagina, la interfaz web dejó de ser la misma de Elastix y me sale interfaz FreePBX, ahora no me deja entrar con mis credenciales y no puedo hacer nada mas.
Escribir una respuesta en inglés para que puedas usar tu método de traducción preferido y, con suerte, obtener contexto si la traducción no es perfecta.
If you are actually using elastix and are seeing the main landing that means some of the elastix stuff is probably toast. I think they handle auth so you will likely have issues there.
The above in mind you should NOT be using elastix. The project is dead and the trademark is now property of 3CX which has noting to do with FreePBX. So there is no support and the version of FreePBX they are using is maybe 10 years old. You should install something more modern either just install FreePBX which currently overlays Debian. I believe there may be an iso now. In any case you deffinately don’t want to run a system with 10 years worth of bugs and security risks with zero support. The only way to fix this may be to update the database directly. I don’t have the steps for something that old, you would have to review the code.
