Echo after ugrade to 2.10

I understand that this is an Asterisk issue and not a FreePBX issue, but I’ve found the people in these forums are fantastic with all things telephony.

After upgrading we have been getting some severe echo on our FXO lines as well as our internet lines. I’ve ran fxotune and turned echo cancellation on. Are there any other tips for alleviating this? I’m not looking for any how-tos, just a point in the right direction.

Get a card with hardware echo cancellation or you will be chasing echo problems forever randomly

It seems unlikely that the echo is related to the upgrade, but if it is, it is because your upgraded server is running very slowly.

i have an echo during calls and couldnt solve it !!!

Are you using any Echo Cancellation (hardware or software) ?
