I have enabled odbc connector for database to populate the CDRs but I am figuring out some strange thing.
it’s placing two entries for the same call in the database.
Actually each call has duplicate entry now.
I need help in this.
please find below the record from database.
This record is from CDRs application.
Do you by any chance also have the legacy mysql cdr backend still working?
cdr show status
ip-172-31-20-111*CLI> cdr show status
Logging: Enabled
Mode: Simple
Log unanswered calls: No
Log congestion: No
and I have these files configured:
[root@ip-172-31-20-111 asterisk]# ls cdr
cdr_adaptive_odbc.conf cdr.conf cdr_mysql.conf cdr_odbc.conf
if I remove cdr_odbc then it stopped inserting cdrs to mysql database
