dSIP Router (Kamailio) with FreePBX behind NAT

Hey everyone,

I’m wondering if there’s anyone who has a dSIP and FreePBX working setup behind NAT?

The issue I am experiencing now, is that the extension can register and place calls, but the PBX cannot reach the extension. Essentially, dSIP cannot reach the extension. I am probably missing something small/simple.

If you have such a setup and would be able to provide some help, I’d appreciate it!
