Dropped Conference Call

Hello,

We are running FreePBX 2.9.0.9, we had a conference call drop and are attempting to look for a root cause.

I am unable to find any log files on this via CLI. Also in the web environment the reports dont seem to generate.

Everything appears to be operating as it should.

Any help would be appreciated.

It happened twice in succession. Other than that no other complaints in the last 4 months.
