Dropped calls

Where do i find details on why the system would drop all calls. The only error i got was a disconnect on sip/vitel-inbound for lack of rtp activity in 31 seconds. rtp is set for 30 seconds, but there was multiple people on the lines at the time. I need to seriusly trace this down to find out why it’s happening.

Much help from experts appreciated.

Another thing to add to this. If a cell phone leaves the line open and the system closes the line because of no RTP activity from the cell phone, does it affect the trunk as well, and close all open lines?
