Dropped calls - restrictedroute shown in CRD report

Hi community,
I am a totally newbie to pbbx systems.
I am using Sangoma PBX (3.0.197.2)
Since some weeks several users complain that calls are dropped after diffetent time - sometimes after a few seconds, sometimes after 30 minutes.
When I check CDR I see “restrictedroute”.
Wehn the calls are dropped I am no more reachable from outside and also calls to outside are not working. After a time (up to 2 minutes) the lines are back online again and calls go through but randomly dropped later again.
Does anyone has an idea how to fix this?

You need to provide a full SIP trace of a failing call. Otherwise one can only guess. It could be network, hardware, NAT problems and/or a problem with the configuration of session timers. Maybe it is something else…

Do you speak about this log? If not, can you tell me how to get the SIP trace?
