DPMA Visual Voicemail for other user/extension

Does the Visual Voicemail DPMA app allow us to provide one user with access to Check voicemails for a different user/extension?

From my understanding, this is a feature that does exist in the Visual Voicemail REST Apps (XML-API) Phone Apps implementation. But originally was not included in the DPMA variant of its Visual Voicemail phone app.

Based on the current documentation, I do not see this addressed.

We have customers where a receptionist, administrative assistant, or team leader needs to be able to review the voicemails for other users/extensions in addition to their own.

Anyone know the answer to this?

As this is in the phones section, I’ll respond from that perspective: the Sangoma Px phones do not support a configuration that allows the user to choose which account to use for visual voicemail. Visual voicemail is tied to the primary account on the phone.
