DPMA edit logo "Error: unknown phone model"

Hi

running freepbx 10.13.66-22 modules are up to date.

we have changed our company logo and thinking the easy way to update the logo was to sue the edit function in the DPMA logo section.

However when i hit the save button the following error message appears,

“Error: unknown phone model”

this has been tried this with D-50, D-60 and D-70

Any help appreciated
