DPMA contacts XML file

Since a couple of weeks ago, when I create a new extension and a new phone, the digium phone module does not create a new contacts-interenal-ext-xml file.
Freepbx 2.11 distro, Digium DPMA version 2.11.0.8

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
