I have a few issues with the contacts app on DPMA enabled D62/D65 phones. These phones are running the 2_9_25 firmware from the 1.76 firmware bundle. I have not tried the recently released 2_9_27 firmware as I have not seen the bundle released yet. This is on a v15 system.

On the initial contacts page, there is a blank contact shown at the top. When selected it just shows unknown/unknown. I’ve gone through users, extensions, contacts, and cannot seem to find what would be causing this. Any tips on how to proceed?

Also, the buttons at the bottom of the page display “show” and “more”, selecting “more” then “filter” shows the groups/folders. Is there any way to get the filter button on the initial page? Is there anyway to toggle the display of the “Line Keys” folder? That just seemed to show up one day.

we have able to reproduce the issue locally and created a bug for this issue, you can monitor the jira for the fix.
