So I have small 2 man office we’re working with. Two extensions. 1001, and 1002. Both stations are using Digium D65s. Onsite FreePBX 15, all updates completed, latest firmware on D65 phones.
In Digium phones configuration I created 2 phones. Both phones had 1001 and 1002 in the assigned extensions.
In the Extensions configuration I’ve assigned each extension to have 2 contacts.
Each end user wants the ability to answer the other extension if a call comes in.
The problem i’m having is when a voice mail message is left. I can see the VM in the VVM menu on the D65, I click play and it doesn’t play.
If I’m at station 1002 and I removed extension 1002 from station 1001’s phone I can then listen to the voicemails on 1002’s station.
