Doubt about upgrading Asterisk (11.X to 13.X) on FreePBX12

Hi good morning,

I have one instalation with:

  • FreePBX 12.0.76.2
  • Asterisk 11.21.2

First I installed Debian 8.3, then Installed Asterisk 11.21.2 and then I installed FreePBX 12

If I Want to upgrade to Asterisk 13.8, in addition to compile again Asterisk 13, ¿It is necessary to execute any command from FreePBX to alert about we have change the asterisk version?

No. You compile and make install. That"s it. Just make sure you don’t have any leftover Asterisk 11 modules (I would delete the /usr/lib/asterisk/modules before installing Asterisk 13.
