For anyone that’s tied one of these into the PBX, did you have to create the user in the sip_additional.conf file or were you able to do it from the GUI and make it work? Having trouble here. The device will answer when dialed but doesnt send the call anywhere (not sure if it’s supposed to on an inbound call), and dialing a code from the keypad does not seem to trigger a call to the extension specified. It is registered.
