Please bare with me. I am pretty much a novice with FreePBX. We are using PBX in a Flash, and I am needing to find what the gateway and DNS server is. Can someone please help me. My phones are not able to get their configurations, and I cannot ping the phone server with the phones. My IT guy says that the Sonic Firewall is not blocking it, but everything was working when we were using Untangle as a Firewall.
Please help. Ask any questions you need to help, and I will try to answer them.
